I'm afraid we are unable to ensure permanent availability of all items. If something is out of stock, we will always give you the best information we can on anticipated delivery dates.

Please note that every effort has been made to reflect product colours on the website as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in monitors, we are unable to guarantee that the colour you will see on your monitor will accurately reflect the true colour of the product.

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you would like to return an item to us, you will need to do so within 7 days of receipt of the goods. We offer a full refund or exchange on any unworn, undamaged products. Goods returned by mail to Meteor Rose are at your own expense. We recommend that you send returns by recorded post and always retain proof of postage.

The prices on this site are quoted exclusive of postage and packaging. Please click here to view rates for standard and express delivery. Please note that this is only a guideline and that the correct amount will be reflected on your invoice.
